Crzmblski's Limit
Crzmblski's Limit is the rule which governs the amount of processing power needed to create scentient life. Essentially, when the computer is able to process (this many) terabytes of data per second, then the limit is reached. However, there is a corollary which states that the processing power must be within a fixed proximity–the distance measured in the amount of time from one cluster of CPUs to another. This corollary seems to undermine the use of many clusters developed in many geographical locations resulting in one scentient AI. (:commentable:)
