This is a different approach to shorthand that I found of limited utility.
- 1. Leave out all silent letters
- crle (Charli)
- 2. Write only long vowel sounds
- Examples include: sal (sail), gost (ghost), is (ice), etq (eating)
- 3. Always include leading vowel
- inkldq (including), ensiklopedi (encyclopedia)
- 4. Don't use 'C' for 'K' or 'S' sounds.
-
- 5. Write 'J' for 'J' or 'G' sounds
- jrj (garage)
- 6. 'C' is for 'Ch'.
- crc (church)
- 7. 'X' is for 'sh,' 'ish,' or 'shun'
- dkxare (dictionary)
- 8. 'Q' is for 'ing'.
- kuxq (questioning)
