First Wave of Corrections

May 22, 2006 I received a fair amount of interest in this recipe early on. Therefore, I also received a list of corrections. Most noteably, "Des" provided a list of code fixes which brought the code base to Google Map API version 2.x. The original 2.x was released in April 2006. However, In a last-minute rush to publish, I thought I had made the code 2.x compliant. I had not, and Des provided input that worked.

Also, there were issues with people not being able to see the map because the container was not sized. I fixed this by setting a size in the HTMLStylesFmt variable.
